  • 2 tbspRice flour.
  • 1/2 cupSugar...
  • 10 pcsChopped pistachio.
  • 1/2 tsp (1/2 tsp)Cardamom powder..
  • 1 tspRose essence..
  • 2 tspChironji..
  • Soaked saffron... Few threads

Steps

  1. 1

    Milk boil ke thora sa reduce ke gas slow ke de.

    Half cup water main 2tbsp rice flour mix ke without lumps milk main add ke continuously chalate hue thick hone tak cook karein.

    Mix sugar and saffron thick ke gas off ke de.

    Cool ho jaye to Rose essence and cardAmom powder mix kar de.

    Bowl main pour ke chop pistachio and chironji garnish ke serve.
