  • 3 slicesBread
  • Bottlegaurd (boiled and mashed)
  • 1/2cupPotato (boiled and mashed)
  • 1/2 cupCabbage (boiled and mashed)
  • 1/2 cupCarrot (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 spoonButter
  • 4 spoonGhee
  • 1 inchGinger (finely chopped)
  • 5Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cupOnion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cupTomato (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum (finely chopped)
  • 3 spoonPav bhaji masala
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 cupBhujiya
  • 1/2 cupPalak (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 spoonLemon juice
  • 1/4 cupCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee then add ginger, garlic and green chilli saute then add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum and tomato fry for 2min..

  2. 2

    Add all mashed Ingredients fry for 5min then add pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder fry for 2min..

  3. 3

    Add 1/2cup water then add salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice saute..

  4. 4

    Cut the bread slices of bread then take a pan add butter then roast the bread till it crunchy..

    Take a serving plate add bread then add bhaji then sprinkle onion, capsicum and tomato then coriander leaves and bhujiya..
