Add oil 1 tbsp, salt and water in the whole wheat flour and Knead it to make a soft smooth dough.

Rest the dough for 10 minutes.

Now in a bowl add the eggs, onion, coriander, spring onion, tomato, salt and pepper.

Whisk it to mix all things properly.

Take balls from the dough.

Roll it in a big roti.

Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a tawa.

Place the roti and cook it for 30 seconds.

Now pour some egg mix in the middle of the roti.

Carefully fold the roti to cover the egg.

Cook both sides properly to cook the egg inside it.

Will take 7-8 minutes.

Finally cut it from the middle and serve hot with salad and your favourite dip.
