2 poundsStew meat cubed
1 cupcelery sliced
1 cupcarrots sliced
1 cuponions sliced
1/2green pepper sliced
1large can tomato
1 cantomato sauce
3 TBLStapioca
1 TBLSsugar
1 TBLSsalt
3 TBLSsherry
1 cupfresh mushrooms
2 TBLSsherry

Combine all ingredients except last 2 in large casserole.

Cover and bake at 300 for 5 hours.

Add mushrooms and sherry, if desired, at serving time.
