Ingredients

  1. 500 gchicken mince
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  4. 2eggs
  5. Salt
  6. Black pepper
  7. Chef stones secret spice
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Dipping sauce of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Season chicken mince with salt, chef stones secret spice and black pepper

  2. 2

    Dust your hands with flour and Mold chicken mince into desired shape

  3. 3

    Coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs in chronological order

  4. 4

    Repeat until you've coated all.

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan or skillet and fry till Golden brown
