  • 1 cup sour curd
  • 5-6 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 sachetEno
  • 1 teaspoonrai
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 5-6green chillies
  • 1 table spoonoil
  • 1lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Besan ko chaan ke namak Aur haldi Mila ke dahi me ghol le. Jarurat ke hisab SE Pani milaye. Batter jaida patla ya gada nahi hona chaiye. Batter ko 2 hours ke liye dhakh ke rakh de.

    2 hours ke Baad batter ko ache SE milaye. Ab Eno daal ke greased khaman ke sanche me daal ke steam karein

  3. 3

    10 minutes ke Baad check Karein knife se agr knife PE chipke to thodi der Aur steam Karein.

  4. 4

    Steam ho Jane ke Baad thanda hone pe nikale Aur pieces me cut Kar le

  5. 5

    Ab ek pan me thoda oil le Rai daale jab Rai ho jaye to Hari mirch Kati hui Dale Pani 2 cup Dale. Isme sugar,lemon juice Dale Aur boil karein.

  6. 6

    Is Pani ko cut kiye hue khaman pieces par equally Dale.

  7. 7

    Last step optional- aap chahe to bane hue khaman PE Sirf Rai ka chouk daal sakte gai swad badane ke liye.

  8. 8

    Bani hui khaman ko dhaniya SE gharnish kar ke apni pasand ki chutni ke sath serve Karein.
