Ingredients

  • For the outer covering
  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 3white breads or bread crumbs (3 tbsp)
  • 1 tspgreen chilli chopped
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • 2 tbspgreen coriander leaves chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • For the Masala (stuffing)
  • 2 tbspboiled Corn
  • 2 tbspPaneer crumbled
  • 2 tbspchopped Onion
  • 3 tbspsalted and spicy sev crushed
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste(optional)
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the Ingredients of outer covering and stuffing masala nicely.

    Take a little oil in your palm.

    Spread the covering dough and stuff the stuffing masala.

    Make kachhodis.

    Spread some Maida on Kachhodis.

    Deep fry the kachhodis

    Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
