Grind ginger and garlic in mortar and pestle

Make tomato puree

Melt butter on tawa and add carom seeds and fry them for few seconds or till aroma

Add finely chopped onions and saute it till translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli, saute it for about 3 min.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and paavbhaji masala, saute it for about 2 min.

Add tomato puree and salt and saute it for about 2-3 min or till it start leaving oil.

Add paneer and kasoori methi and saute it for about 2 min.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with hot parathas.
