Ingredients

  • 1boiled and grated beet
  • 2boiled and grated potatoes
  • 3wheat bread slices, crumbled
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspkitchen king or garam masala
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspaamchur
  • 1 tspsaunf
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1 cuproasted wheat vermicelli
  • as neededOil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix really well with the hand.

  2. 2

    Take one mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients except vermicelli and oil.

  3. 3

    Make cutlet using heart shaped mold or you can use any mold as per your choice.

  4. 4

    Take dry roasted vermicelli and coat each cutlet in the vermicelli. Completely.

    Keep it in refrigerator for 15 min.

  6. 6

    Shallow fry all the cutlet till golden brown from both sides.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
