Blanch the peas
Make a fine paste of ginger garlic green chilli and onion
Make a paste of tomatoes
Heat oil in pan and add the onion paste - 2
Cook till it is light pink in colour
Add tomato paste turmeric powder coriander powder and salt
Cook till it leaves oil - 3
Add rest of the dry masala and 1 glass water and slow down the gas flame add blanched peas to it
Cover it with lid and let it cook till the gravy is little thick - 4
Cut the paneer in cubes and add to it
Mix it with light hands and in end add kasoori methi and off the gas - 5
Close it with lid and rest it for 5 minutes before serving
Take it out in a serving bowl garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it with roti or naan
