Beetroot bread cutlet

Mix really well with the hand.

Take one mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients except vermicelli and oil.

Make cutlet using heart shaped mold or you can use any mold as per your choice.

Take dry roasted vermicelli and coat each cutlet in the vermicelli. Completely.

Keep it in refrigerator for 15 min.

Shallow fry all the cutlet till golden brown from both sides.

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
