  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1large onion
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 spoonfulroycco
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beef in a sufuria

  2. 2

    When all water drains add cooking oil And stir

  3. 3

    Add onions and stir til the onions turn brown

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and stir making sure they are not smashed

  5. 5

    Add salt and roycco then stir

  6. 6

    When done remove from heat then serve with ugali
