I like adding new things, when cooking my egusi to know the taste differences.

Wash meat with salt very well then put in a clean pot add 2 cube,black pepper,uziza with 4 glass cup water allow to boil for 15min

Then pour out the meat rinse the pot.place pot back on heat add palm oil,add pepper,tomatoes,onion and stir for 5min then add the egusi stir again for 5min

Add the meat stock,salt,maggi,crayfish allow to 5min.if it too add little water after 2min then add pumpkin leaf stir together and turn off heat immediately.

Serve in plate.Enjoy with semo very delicious.
