1 1/2 tbspflour
3 eachchicken breasts

1/2 cupwhite wine
1creme fraiche
1 cupbreadcrumbs
1grated cheese
3/4chicken stock

cook leeks gently then stir in flour and chicken

cook for one min then add wine and stock

cook for 2_3 mins

stir in creme fraiche bring to boil then transfer to baking dish

mix breadcrumbs oil and cheese together sprinkle on top and bake for 20 mins
