First knead dough...take flour..salt and butter....mix with finger tips....crumble it

Now knead it with cold water....wrap in a foil....and freeze ot for 1 hour

Now make stuffing....take a pan...add oil...chopped onion...ginger garlic...add salt and red chilli....add sweet potato...boiled corn and mix

Now add capsicum...just saute on high flame... not over cook......mix ketch up

Cool it....take out dough from freeze...

Divide it in 2 parts....roll a round shape roti...bit thick...folk it....spread stuffing....put paneer cubes.....cheese on it.....cover it with other round shape roti...folk also it...so that it cnt puff...

Now brush BUTTER on it....place it in pre heated oven...on 180degree...till get brown clour on it surface...enjoy it
