4 ozSausage, uncooked
2 1/2 tbspSelf-rising flour
1 1/2 cupMilk
1Salt and pepper to taste

In a heavy iron skillet, on medium-high heat, fry sausage until done.

Mix flour into sausage and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until brown.

Stir in milk. Cook until smooth or until gravy starts to boil.
