After watching all the recipes here and reading many more I realized it is about satisfying my own tastes hope someone else might like this mix

Easy and Simple, family recipe. My Father and My Aunt both use to make this. Growing up, i remember thinking i hated cabbage, until i tried this. Turned out to be a pretty good meal, cheap, tasty, and easy to make. Something i still enjoy cooking and eating.
