Ingredients

  1. 150 grmPrawns (wash and cleaned)
  2. 2 Fish slices,
  3. marinate with
  4. 1/2tsp turmeric,
  5. 1tsp chilli,
  6. salt
  7. 2Boiled egg (cut only white in lengthwise)
  8. 50 grmFrench bean (cut lengthwise)
  9. Small can kidney beans
  10. Small can chickpeas
  11. Red, yellow and green bell pepper (sliced)
  12. 100grmCashew nut
  13. 50grmDry grapes
  14. 50 grmApricot (chopped)
  15. 50 grmCranberry
  16. 5 tbsOlive oil
  17. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  18. 1 tspChill powder
  19. Salt
  20. 1 tbsApple cider vinegar
  21. 1 tspCrushed chill
  22. 1 tspRosemary

Cooking Instructions

    Keep a pan, add 3tbs oil, fry fish (well done) remove, cut into pieces and keep

    In the same oil add prawns add little salt and fry for 5min remove and keep

  3. 3

    Now add remaning oil and fry all the other ingredients except dry fruits, rosemary, crushed chilli, egg and fish

  4. 4

    Fry for 5 min in medium flame, take out and let it cool

  5. 5

    Add vinegar, chilli, rosemary, egg, fish, salt and mix well. Serve with toasted bread, or roti
