Ingredients

  1. 1chicken (kienyeji)
  2. 2large sliced onions
  3. 2 tbspcrushed garlic
  4. 1/2 tbspgrated ginger
  5. Large bunch of Dhania, chopped
  6. 1 tbspchicken masala
  7. 2chopped chillies
  8. 1tables spoon cooking oil
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Royco

Steps

    Put the onions in a pot and add the oil. Fry till the onions are soft and clear.

  2. 2

    Add ginger and garlic and cook till fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add the chicken, mix well and let it simmer for like 20min.

  4. 4

    Thereafter, add the tomatoes and the chilies.

  5. 5

    Mix in tomatoes well and then add the chicken masala and salt.

  6. 6

    Add enough water then cover and Let it cook for about 40mins.

  7. 7

    Thereafter, add coriander and mix well. Add royco, simmer for 2 mins then wait the chicken to stand for 5mins then serve with chapati.
