Take a bowl add maida, salt, half sugar and yeast

Warm the milk and add butter and mix this dry ingredients.

Now knead the dough, use water if kneaded..

Keep in warm place so that the maida get proved. After one hour it will be double in size.

After one hour knead the dough again using some maida

Using a rolling pin spread it in a rectangular form

Now apply butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on it...also add raisins in it.

Now start rolling from one end to other

Cut into one inch pieces and keep aside for half an hour.

After half an hour bake it in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 180 °.

Hot yummilicious rolls are ready to eat.
