Ingredients

30 minutes
6-7 servings
  • 2 kgchicken drumsticks
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 3eggs
  • 1\2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoonschicken spice
  • 2 teaspoonbarbecue spice
  • 1 teaspoonaromat
  • 1 cupcanola oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix flour with spices then on another seperate bowl mix eggs and milk

  2. 2

    Using electric pan heat oil then dip chicken into egg mixture then into flour then fry, turning until the chicken is well cooked and golden brown in colour

  3. 3

    Served with rice,vegetables and variety of salads
