  1. 2 cupfresh methi chopped
  2. 2 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/4 cupsuji
  4. 1/2 cupbesan
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. As neededOil
  7. To tasteRed chilli powder
  8. To tasteGaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspSaunf

  1. 1

    Method:
    Wash methi properly and finely chop it.
    Add this to wheat flour and all the ingredients. Add water and make a dough. Then make paranthas and serve it hot with curd
