Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 1/4th cupMulti grains flour –
  2. 1 1/4th cupWhole wheat flour –
  3. 3Apple –big
  4. 10Green chilli –(adjust)
  5. 1/2tspRed chilli powder – (adjust)
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Oil/Ghee – to roast the paratha
  9. 2-3 tbspWater – (to knead the dough)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, wipe well and grate the apples, make green chilli – salt paste and add it to the grated apple

  2. 2

    Add in both the flours, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix everything well while kneading, the watery content in the apple is enough to knead the dough, if not use very little water ie.. 2 or 3 tbsp and allow it to rest for 1 hour, do not use more water, as after soaking the dough becomes still more soft

  3. 3

    Pinch a portion of the dough, roll it by dusting the wheat flour

  4. 4

    Cook on both the sides applying ghee/oil, serve with any raita or curry or subji
