Ingredients

4 people
  • 3/4cup.Maida-3/4 cup(100gm)
  • 2.Banana- 2 ripe(Mashed)
  • 1/2cup.Powder Sugar-1/2 Cup
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp (1/2 tsp). Baking Soda
  • 1/2cup. Oil
  • 7tbsp.Walnut (crushed)
  • 1/2tsp. Vanilla Essence
  • 1tspCoco Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve Maida,baking powder, baking soda and coco powder

  2. 2

    Mash banana well(grind it to smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Add oil, vanilla essence and mix well. Fold in sugar and mix until sugar completely disolved

  4. 4

    Add maida mixture mix well until creamy mixture is formed. Add chopped walnuts little for topping.

  5. 5

    Preheat microwave 180 degree.meanwhile pour the mixture in the greased muffins moulds till 3/4, sprinkle the walnuts on the top. Bake for 20 minutes.
