Taco Tuesday! This will serve a LARGE family and can easily be halved. This is a very versatile skillet meal that can be served on tortillas, over corn chips, with tortilla chips, over a bed of lettuce, or over a salad.

Add your favorite toppings such as cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, avacado, or jalapeños to finish off the meal.

Ingredients

  1. 4 lbground turkey
  2. 2 cansMild rotel
  3. 2 packagesKoor Spanish rice
  4. 2taco seasoning packs
  5. 1 cupsalsa
  6. 2 cansTrappys Black beans
  7. Serving suggestions:
  8. Tortillas
  9. Tortilla chips
  10. Corn chips
  11. Cheese
  12. Salsa
  13. Sour cream
  14. Guacamole
  15. Avacado
  16. Tomatoes
  17. Bed of lettuce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add ground turkey and rotel to skillet until meat is cooked. Turkey usually has a good bit of water content. Toss in taco seasoning. Cook down until liquid is completely cooked out.

  2. 2

    Cook Spanish rice according to directions. Toss Spanish rice into skillet, beans and remaining ingredients into skillet. Heat completely.

    Serve as desired and add desired toppings. Ideas in the description and suggestions in ingredients.
