Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupbutter
  • 1 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 20 ozpineapple rings
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 5 eacheggs
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 8 tbsppineapple juices

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375.

  2. 2

    Melt butter and brown sugar in 13 x 9 pan.

  3. 3

    Arrange pineapple slices in pan.

  4. 4

    Beat yolks, add sugar and juice. Add flour, powder and salt. Fold in beaten egg whites and pour on pineapples.

  5. 5

    Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
