empty bag of salad into a large bowl

slice avacado and place on top

chop garlic and marinate the olives, adding a dash of fresh lemon juice.

add olives to the salad

cut feta into cubes and place with olives

remove seeds from pommegranet and sprinkle on top

finally add croutons and sprinkle over the pine nuts

serve immediately with a dressing of your choice, I also recommend serving with a warm chicken drumstick!
