White Lobia with Boiled Rice

Take a bowl add lobia washed and soaked for overnight.

Then take a pressure cooker add lobia,salt and water then boil for 20 minutes at slow heat.

Take a wok add oil then oil heat add garlic saute then add onion saute till golden brown then add all dry masala,tomato paste and ginger saute.

Then add boiled lobia mix and saute add lobia water for gravy boil fir 5 minutes.

Then lobia r ready.

Take a rice washed and soaked at half an hour.

After half an hour take a vessel add 4 glass of water then water boil add 1tsp of salt and rice boil for 10 minutes at slow heat.

After rice boil water drain and serve.

White lobia and boiled rice serve.
