Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil.

Once the milk start to boiling reduce the flam and add cardamom powder.

Now add sugar.

Now add cream.

Now add saffron milk and cook it on slow flam for 30 to40 minutes or milk starts thicken.

Now add crushed pistachios mix well and switch off the flam and let it cool completely.

Now pour the mixture into the kulfi moulds or plastic glass and keep in refrigerator for overnight...ready
