Mushroom ke piece karein aur Garam pani main dip kar de

Oil garam karein tejpatta aur zeera daale then chopped onion Aur green chili mix karein aur golden brown hone tak pakaye

Then tomato paste add karein aur sare masale (salt. Red chili,haldi,dhaniya Powder) mix karein

Oil release hone tak pakaye then pinch of zayfal and cinnamon add karein

Malai aur kaaju powder add karein aur achhe se melt hone par mushroom bhi pani se nikal kar add karein

5 -7 min dhak kar pKne de then gas off karein. Serve it with chapati
