  • Whole chicken
  • Cooking oil (enough for deep frying)
  • Salt
  • Water

    Boil chicken with salt until it softens

    Heat pan with enough cooking oil

  3. 3

    Start to add proportionally chicken pieces into the oil and deep fry until golden brown

    Serve in a plate
