Place biscuits and dried apricots in food processor

Blend until finely chopped

Transfer biscuits and apricot to large bowl

Add marshmallows, nuts, 20g coconut and white chocolate to the mixture and stir until well combined

Separate any clumps of marshmallow so it is evenly spread through mixture

Add combined condensed milk and vanilla to the bowl and stir until well combined
- 7
Roll mixture into balls and roll in remaining coconut
- 8
Refrigerate for two hours before serving
