Heat oven to 375°

Cook mushrooms and broccoli in skillet sprayed with PAM on Med high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp tender

Remove veggies from heat and set aside

Line 9 inch pie plate with crust, fold over edge

Beat eggs, mayo and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended

Add cooked veggies, velveeta and onions and pour into crust

Bake 40 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown

Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Serve with green salad or soup
