Ingredients

1 packages(10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
2 can(13 3/4 oz) artichoke hearts
1/2 cupmayonaise
1/2 cupsour cream
1 cupparmessan cheese
1 cupgrated pepper jack cheese

Steps

preheat oven to 350' & grease a casserole dish with non-stick spray

heat the spinach in microwave oven on high for 5 min's & squeeze dry.

drain the artichoke hearts & coarsely chop in food processor
4

combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl

stir well
6

scrape into the prepared casserole dish & sprinkle the jack cheese on too
7

bake for 30 min's
8

transfer to a chaffing dish & keep warm over low flame
9

serve with bagel chips
