  1. 250 gmsMultigrain atta
  2. 200 gmsPaalak paste
  3. 1 tbspGinger, Garlic & green chilli paste
  4. 1 pinchHing
  5. 1/4 tspCumin seed powder
  6. 1/4 tspCumin seed
  7. 1/4 tspAjwine
  8. 1/4 tspChat masala
  9. 2 tbspOil or Butter
  10. Salt as per your taste

    1.Take multigrain atta, paalak paste, ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, salt, cumin seed, cumin powder, chaat masala, hing, ajwain in bowl. Make smooth dough with the help of water. Dough should be soft like chapati dough.

    Cover it and rest it for 10 min.

    Divide dough in equal part. Roll out the dough ball in circular shape.

  4. 4

    Now spred oil and flour over it. cut it long strip shown in photo.

    Take strip one by one then stretch them make ball.

    Roll the paratha.

    Put paratha on hot tawa. Cook both side and spread oil both side.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot with green chutney, tomato sauce and curd.
