Ingredients

  1. Cottage cheese / paneer - 200 gms cube
  2. 1 cupThick curd -
  3. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder -
  4. 1/2 tspCoriander powder -
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
  6. 1 pinchCarom seeds -
  7. Green bell pepper - 1 diced
  8. Onion - 1 diced
  9. 1 pinchBlack pepper -
  10. 1 tspLemon juice -
  11. 1 tspGinger garlic paste -
  12. 1 pinchGaram masala -
  13. 1 tspChat masala -
  14. 2 tbspOil -
  15. to tasteSalt -

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Beat the thick curd.

    Add all ingredients except oil and chat masala.

    Add paneer,bell pepper and onion and mix well

    Marinate it with one hour in a freeze.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a non stick pan.

  6. 6

    Place paneer / cottage cheese on the pan at a low heat.

  7. 7

    Flip when done on one side until brown.

  8. 8

    Again place the bell pepper and onion on the pan.

  9. 9

    Flip when done on one side until golden brown.

  10. 10

    Paneer /cottage cheese tikka can be served as a strater or a snacks.
