Steps

Make a paste of palak & garlic.

Make a batter of palak puree, salt, flour, semolina, coriander powder, cumin powder, hing, green chilli paste & milk.

Brush butter or oil in a pan & make thin dosa.

Heat butter, add chopped onion, tomato & ginger garlic paste.

Add paneer & make a mixture.
- 6
Put paneer mixture in the centre of the palak dosa.If you want you can apply tomato sauce.

Just roll it & serve.
