In a pressure Cooker, heat oil then add cumin seeds, bay leaves, Cloves, pepper, Cardamom, cinnamon and crackle it.

Now add the chopped onion,garlic and ginger and fry for 2 min.

Add cashews to it and fry for 1 min.

Add tomatoes and fry for 2 mins. Add water, sugar and salt and cook till 4 whistles.

Switch off the flame and let the gravy cool completely. And then blend it finely.

Sieve the gravy twice and add to a kadai.

Switch on the flame and flame should be highest.

Cook the gravy for 2 min the add butter to it.

Add the kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix it with the gravy.

Now add butter to it and cook for 2 min stirring continuously.

Add the paneer pieces and cook for 2 min.

Turn off the flame. Add the cream and kasoori methi.

Shahi paneer is ready to serve.
