Soak rice in water for 10-15 min.

In the meantime chop the onions and grind the tomato and green chillies in the grinder.

Take a cooker and add two karchi oil and add jeera

Stir for 1 min and now add the chopped onions.

Stir till they are brown and now add grinded tomato mash.
