Heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds, then saute ginger paste, green chilli.

Add ref chilli powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder.

Add boil mashed potatoes, boil peas annd mix well.

Place the potatoes mixture over 4 bread slices. Cover with another. Press gently and cut each sandwich to 2 triangles.

Make batter with besan, all dry ingredients and required water, make batter as idli batter, coat all triangles with batter.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry stuffed potato triangle coated with batter.

Fry until golden on both sides on medium heat.

Drain on kitchen tissue and serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
