1 cupWheat flour -
1/2 cupSuji / semolina -
3/4 cupGrated jaggery / gur -
1/4 cupWater -
2 tbspClarified butter / ghee -
Oil - for frying

Steps

Heat jaggery /gur and water in a pan

Stir continuously till jaggery disolves

Switch off the gas.

Take a bowl add wheat flour,suji / semolina,clarified butter and melted jaggery / gur and mix well

Knead to make a stiff dough.

Divide the dough into balls and roll out.

Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown.

Drain and serve.
