Steps

Make a batter of basan, with some salt, garam masala, meetha soda and haldi.

Make a cut in every chilli and take out all seeds.

Take a pan with hot oil, put some jeera than mashed potatoes, keep string.

Add all masala and salt and fry Until looks Golden brown.

Stuff in chilli.

Take oil to fry and roll chilli one by one in besan batter.

Deep fry in hot oil in medium flame.

When turns golden brown it become ready.
