In a medium bowl, whisk together the first 3 ingredients & set aside. Melt the omega-3 spread as needed in a large nonstick pan over medium heat.

Dip the bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides of each slice well.

Cook the bread approx. 2 minutes on each side, or until golden.

Top with the strawberries & whipped topping.
