Ingredients

45 mnts
1 serving
  • 1 cupmix veg cubes
  • 1/2 cuppaneer cubes
  • 1/2 cupdessicated coconut
  • 1 cupmix fruit cubes
  • 1.5 cuphung curd
  • 4-5 piecesgourd
  • 1/2 cupmoong Dal
  • 1tomato sliced
  • 1 tbspoon dhaniya Powder
  • 1/2 tspoon chilli powder and jeera powder
  • 1/2 tspoon turmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • 1 tbspoon chat masala powder
  • 1 tspoon garam marsala and fennel seeds powder
  • 1 cuprice washed and soaked

    Boiled the veggies

  2. 2

    Now pressure cook tomato slices,jeera, dhaniya chilli powder coriander leaves

  3. 3

    Now make a fine paste of it with dessicated coconut

  4. 4

    Boil the mixture adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add the boiled veggies and paneer cubes.

  6. 6

    Finally add garam masala powder and fennel seeds powder and remove from the heat

  7. 7

    Now beat the hung curd well with salt and sugar

  8. 8

    Mix all the fruit slices and garnish it with chat masala powder

    Boil water in a pan add the rice and cook till it becomes tender

    Sieve the water and serve it along with the roasted papar,mix veg curry and raita
