
herby pork meatballs & cranberry gravey

mix together 250g of minced pork,250g sausagemeat,1tsp of dried sage,2 crushed garlic cloves,1tbsp cranberry sauce,salt and pepper

shape into 24 small even-sized balls.heat 2tbsp of oil in a frying pan and brown in batches. remove from the pan
- 3
drain all but 1tbsp of fat from the frying pan add shallotts and the yellow pepper. fry gently for 3-5mins untill softened
- 4
stir in 4 tbsp cranberry sauce. mix the cornflour into the beef stock and add to the pan along with the tomato puree. stir untill thick.

return meatballs to pan; cook gently for 15mins. serve with pasta
