Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bowlmoong dal green
  2. 1/2 bowlmoong dal yello
  3. 1/4 bowlchana dal
  4. 1/4 bowlrice
  5. 2 bowlwashed chopped spinach
  6. 1/4 bowlchopped washed coriander
  7. 2green chilli
  8. 1 pieceginger
  9. 11/2ts salt
  10. 1 1/2ts red chilli powder
  11. 2ts dry coriander
  12. 1ts garam masala
  13. Pinchhing
  14. Oil for fry
  15. 5-7green chilli for fry
  16. 2onion chopped
  17. green chutney and tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    All dal and rice soaked in water for 3 to 4 hours

  2. 2

    Washed and chopped spinach and coriander

  3. 3

    All dal rice, 1 bowl spinach, coriander, green chilli and ginger grind it all in mixer

  4. 4

    Now add all spices in this paste... And 1 bowl chopped spinach.. Mix all thigs well

  5. 5

    Now take a vessel add oil in it... Hot it now make balls of this batter and fry it till crispy..

  6. 6

    Serve this dalvada with chopped onion fried green chilli and green chutney and sauce..
