Dice onion and sausage

Fry in Olive Oil

Quarter mushrooms and add to sausage and onion

Add pepper

Beat the eggs, salt & pepper

Lightly butter a casere dish

ace onions, muahrooms and sausage in caserole

Cube bread and add to egg mixture

Pour egg and bread over sausage and mushroom mixture

Mix lightly

Store in refrigerator for about 1 hour

Set oven to 180*

Grate cheese over top

Bake approximately 1 hour
