Ingredients

  • 1 cupMaida
  • 1/2 cupDesi ghee
  • Few dropsCesar colour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater.. 1cup (for syrup)
  • water.. 1cup (for batter making)
  • 10 pcschop pista
  • 2 tsptutti fruity
  • 1 cupgrated khoya
  • Few dropsvanilla essence
  • 5 pcsice cubes
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • desi ghee.. For frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Half cup desighee main 5 PCs ice cubes dal kar beat karein white and smooth kar le.

    Smooth ghee main half Maida and half cup water dal kar batter banaye phir half cup water and half cup Maida dal kar running consistency ka smooth batter bana kar kesar colour and lemon juice add kar le.

    Grated khoya ko pan main dal kar melt kar thoracic thick kar le vanilla essence add kar gas off ke de.

    One cup water and one cup sugar ko melt kar syrup bana le.

  5. 5

    Nonstick pan main desighee heat kar batter ko centre main pour kar de spoon ke handle se centre main hole bana le. Fry kar nikal le.

    Ghewar ko chalni main rakhe upper se sugar syrup pour kar de jab syrup nikal Jaye to plate main rakhe upper ke Hoya batter laga de garnish chop pista and tutti fruity.
