Leftover dal parantha is a perfect recipe when you want to use your leftover dal. Sometimes we have dal which is left from last night. Don't throw it. Make delicious paranthas out of it. Serve it with curd & pickle

Sieve the flour & mix salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, ajwain & chopped onion in it.

Add leftover dal to this & start kneading into a soft dough.

Make lemon sized balls with the dough & dust with flour.

Roll into an even thin circle or square shape.

Place on the heated tawa & let one side cook before flipping over.

Add some ghee on it. Flip it so that it becomes crispy.

Serve hot with curd & pickle & butter
