oats moong dal tikki is a delicious & healthy combination of protein rich yellow dal and fiber rich oats with a range of indian spices. It is a perfect healthy snack for everyone.
Steps

Clean, wash and boil the moong dal in one cup of water in a deep pan till the dal is cooked and water is evaporated.

Put the dal in a bowl and mash it properly.
- 3
Add salt and pepper, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chat masala, garam masala powder & lemon juice in it. Mix well.

Divide the mixture in to equal portions and make round flat tikki.
- 5
Deep fry in oil or you can shallow fry it till it turn golden brown colour.

Serve hot with tomato souce.
